The Zaha Hadid Foundation hosted the 2023 lecture series by the Centre for Research in Modern European Philosophy (CRMEP), the leading centre for postgraduate-level study and doctoral research in continental philosophy in the UK.

The series invited Professors Howard Caygill, Peter Osborne, Stella Sandford, Simon Wortham and Peter Hallward to discuss the broad cultural and philosophical contexts of some current social and political debates. Topics of discussion included the politics of geo-history in relation to Philosopher Bruno Latour and Historian Dipesh Chakrabarty, the counter-revolution in French Philosophy in the 1970s and climate catastrophe.
